Frequently asked questions
What Should I Consider Before Choosing An Eternity Band?
An eternity design carries the stone-set pattern around the band. For Star Eternity Necklace, accurate sizing matters because continuous settings can limit alteration options. Do not assume resizing is possible; choose your measured size and confirm any alteration request before purchase.
Can I Wear Star Eternity Necklace In The Shower Or At The Gym?
Remove Star Eternity Necklace before swimming, showering, exercise or cleaning. Moisture, perspiration, chlorine and friction can affect a plated finish and allow residue to build up around settings. Put it on after lotions and perfume, then wipe with a soft cloth after wear.
Metal & Finishing
Each piece unless specified is crafted in fine sterling silver 925 and finished with premium precious metal plating for enhanced tone and surface brilliance.
Available finishes include:
• 18K Yellow Gold Plating
• 18K Rose Gold Plating
• 18K White Gold / Platinum / Rhodium Plating
The white finish delivers a bright, cool-toned surface engineered for clarity and mirror-like reflection, while yellow and rose finishes provide warmth and depth of color.
Our plating process is executed for smooth surface consistency and daily wear performance. As with all plated jewelry, natural surface wear may occur over time depending on usage and care.
DAILY CARE
We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to perfumes, lotions, chlorine, perspiration, and harsh chemicals, as these may affect the finish over time.
LONG-TERM STORAGE
For long-term storage, we recommend keeping your jewelry inside an airtight ziplock bag together with an anti-tarnish strip, rather than storing it directly inside the jewelry box alone.
This helps minimize exposure to humidity and air... particularly in tropical climates.
CARE RECOMMENDATIONS
* Store inside an airtight ziplock bag when not in use
* Place an anti-tarnish strip inside the ziplock bag
* Keep in a cool, dry environment
* Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear
Wrap a measuring tape or string around your finger and mark where it meets. Measure the length in millimetres and compare it with the Avenys & Co ring size guide. If between sizes, choose the larger size.

At Avenys & Co, presentation is not an afterthought. It is part of the design process—meant to protect, preserve, and quietly reflect the values of the House.
To maintain the integrity of your piece, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
If necessary, use a mild diluted soap to remove residue, rinse with warm water, and dry thoroughly before returning it to its protective pouch.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, steam cleaning, or ultrasonic machines, as these may compromise the metal finish or stone settings.
Consistent, considered care will preserve the form, brilliance, and longevity of your creation.
