WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
We process and ship all orders placed before 1pm on the same day.
WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use most major local courier services and tracking is available for local & international orders.
WILL MY PRODUCTS BE SAFE WHEN SHIPPED?
We carefully pack and individually bubble wrap all items before placing them into a plastic flyer. Bigger orders are fulfilled in shipping boxes filled with bubble wrap. From our experience, it will be okay. If you receive anything that is less than satisfactory, do contact us at wasap.my/60193005300 and we will be more than happy to assist you for a replacement item.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Peninsular Malaysia deliveries take 1-2 days. Usually its next day delivery in major cities.
East Malaysia deliveries take between 1-3 days.
International deliveries depends on location. Expect between 3-7 days.
IS AVENYS SAFE FOR ME?
Avenys is safe for all skin types and is dermatologist tested. We are certain that you will not face any unwanted issues when using Avenys. Provided that you have not recently used any skincare that contains any banned substances or is banned by KKM (NPRA).

DOES AVENYS HAVE KKM?
Yes. Our products are in compliance with all local laws and regulations.
DOES VITALICIA HAVE KKM?
Vitalicia is a food product so it is not under the purview of KKM (NPRA). We are in compliance with all local laws and regulations as per the FSQD (Food Safety Quality Department).
IS IT HALAL?
Yes. Our products are Halal and we have the relevant halal certificates from JAKIM. Some products in our range are still in the process of obtaining the halal certification.
I’M PREGNANT / I’M BREASTFEEDING. IS IT OK?
We love you moms and moms to be! So we always advise for you to check with your doctor before starting any supplements / skincare if you are either pregnant or breastfeeding. A complete list of key ingredients is clearly listed on all product pages.
CAN I PAY BY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD & ONLINE TRANSFER?
Yes. We have our payment gateway on the website for you to make your purchases in a variety of ways. You can always use instant bank transfer through our website without needing to key in any bank account numbers.
